Leslie is a fourth generation native of Klamath Falls and graduated from Oregon Institute of Technology in 1985 with an Associates of Technology degree in Accounting. She has 35 years private accounting experience and joined Isler Group, LLC as a staff accountant in 2019.

Leslie and her husband Rowan have four children/stepchildren and six grandchildren. They enjoy spending time with family, attending local and Ashland theater productions, visiting interesting and scenic places, and playing cribbage.
